HOTLINE NO LONGER HOT, FILMBRATS REACHES MILESTONE

    Hey everybody,

2007 marks the fifth anniversary of filmbrats.com. To celebrate, the site is going to undergo a few changes over the coming months. One of those changes is the loss of the hotline. If you have this page bookmarked, you might want to switch it over to the main page where you'll find all the information you need as to what's new, what's to come and what I think of everything film.

Thank you all for visiting the hotline, and I hope to see you back on the main site for at least five more years!

RE: Breakin II: The Electric Boogaloo.

How DARE you say that Breakin II: The Electric Boogaloo isn't up to par. Nikola Tesla died trying to perfect an electric boogaloo, and decades later, when his vision is finally realized in this motion picture, you have to go and poo-poo it like a little jealous bee-yotch. Turbo and Vinny break hard in this film. I'll tell you another thing--I was at Cannes in 1984 and Breakin II: The Electric Boogaloo won the special jury prize for dance movies featuring on or more minorities and an evil shopping center developer. You know who you remind me of? The evil shopping center dude. You want to tear down this great movie and build your own dance-heavy flick in its place. You sir, make me sick. And I'm sure if he were still alive or could be found, I think you make Turbo sick, too! I'm out of this biscuit! That's street slang meaning so long, sucker! Your boogaloo is battery powred! ZING! SNAP! The balcony is now CLOSED!!!!!!
